John Denver, indeed, left on a jet plane. John Cakes (& crew) packed their bags and were ready to go. Johnny cut up one of our rugs while the crew stopped to breathe for only minutes, before they were asking us to kiss them and smile for them. Then they left. In a cloud of exhaustion, these troops marched on to deliver us, the public; the best shirts, with the most heart, and even better personalities. Does everyone already know and love the details of these T shirts? Each hot T has some valuable information stored at the hemline, just for your eyes to see. Unless you choose to share it, (that is) your hot tea.. ‘cuz that’s what you are, a hottie.’ Regardless of whether you drink hot tea, are a hottie, or if you wear one of Johnny’s hot T’s the last joke would be LOST on you… (even ABC didn’t show a new episode because they knew we were hosting Mr. Cakes..) (shameless self plug: watch LOST HERE with us every tuesday @ 8!) .. if you don’t share in our awe of arrested development. (arguably the greatest comedy sitcom in television history) We were honored to play host to such an icon. As the crew and Johnny both loaded up into their vehicles, i remember thinking just how much we here @ the shoppe have in common with them. We love our product and follow a leader who obviously loves their job. You can taste the love in these and those cakes.
