Second Saturday Block Party

This is your last Second Saturday block party for the summer and we are doing it up right!

At The Shoppe:  “Colores de mi Vida” artwork by Pauline Torales

And have you TRIED our new cupcake flavors? Banana Split,  Zucchini bread with cream cheese frosting, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Chocolate Cheesecake, and Chocolate Turtle, as well as our many regular flavors you know and love.

Between Love and Madness- A Bizarre Art Sideshow

Painting, sculptures and collages of odd characters from a forgotten time by the Mad Tatters.

DJ Postman will be bringing the tunes.

The Rockbar 4th Anniversary End of Summer Bash! Featuring the last Bartertown Bazaar of the season!

From 3 pm till dusk awesome vendors will set up and sell their wares in the Rockbar parking lot. If you would like to be a vendor all you need to do is show up with a table and your stuff.

Then, there will be LIVE LUCHA LIBRA WRESTLING! Come watch as Luchadores wrestle each other right in the parking lot.  Free drinks from Sailor Jerry.

New openings also at Hooked on Colfax, Newspeak and Neopolitan.

So, from 3:00 pm until dusk the Bartertown Bazaar with Lucha Libre wrestling will be going on, then around 7:00 openings all down the block. Last party of the summer so don’t miss it!

Hey Mom Just Wanted to Say…

HAPPY DAY. Oh how we love our mothers! I gave mine the #1 compliment three days ago, however am missing correspondence today. If you’re together, enjoy each other. If you are apart, communicate. If you do not celebrate holidays, come ENJOY a cupcake until 7p close tonight! If you are together AND celebrate holidays come enjoy a treat, Shoppe style. If you dined at Annie’s cafe today, bring your receipt in for a free REGULAR size cake! If you love our block as greatly as WE do, come hang out today.
